Structural condition surveys and reports on existing buildings. We also provide advice on structural alterations and refurbishment of existing buildings, working closely with our clients and architects to ensure the structural integrity of any redevelopment from the outset.  

Building Design

We can undertake structural analysis and design for new buildings. Our engineers have considerable experience with all building styles and materials. We ensure that all our designs are practical, economical and technically acceptable to all relevant governing bodies.

Foundation Design

We have close working relationships with several Geotechnical Engineering Consultants. We are able to coordinate full site investigations on behalf of the client, ensuring best value and appropriate content. We have significant experience in design foundations from low rise to high rise structures. We have a good understanding of all types of foundation solutions and ground improvement techniques to ensure that our clients get the most cost effective solution. 

Structural Detailing

We offer an in house structural detailing facility through our fully qualified CAD technicians. This service is available as an ‘overflow’ facility for busy private practices or local authorities.
